Are GGGB products guaranteed?

Our products are backed by a no-questions-asked lifetime replacement guarantee. The guarantee is good for as long as the end-user owns the item. GGGB will happily replace the item with the same item or an item of equal value when the broken or defective item has been returned. We will even engrave the replacement item with the owner's name or initials prior to shipping it. After 90 days, this guarantee is subject to a $5.00 charge for shipping and handling.

How long does it take for an order to arrive once it is ordered?

Once an order has been received and, in the case of logo-engraved items, artwork has been approved, it is shipped within 15 business days.

Are your product prices inflated so you can make generous contributions to charities?

You will find that all of items listed on this website are either very competitively priced, or priced significantly less than comparable items you will be able to find online or in retail stores. Except for a nominal set-up charge for corporate logo-engraved orders, we do not charge anything additional for engraving. In addition, each item purchased is guaranteed to satisfy the end-user, and each purchase you make will benefit the charity or non-profit organization that sponsored your golf event.

May I order from GGGB if I have not participated in a charity golf event or don't have a gift certificate to redeem?

Yes. Simply go to the GGGB "Make A Purchase" page of our website and register as a member. It only takes a moment. You will be asked to select a charity that you wish to benefit from your purchase since all purchases made at this online store must benefit a non-profit organization.

How often can a charity expect a check for purchases made on its behalf?

GGGB will issue checks to participating sponsors following the end of each calendar quarter, as long as their running account balance has accumulated to $50.00 or more.
